Process
|
|
To keep pace with the latest technology for the benefit of all intending applicants,
SMJV has started Online Application for continuous admission.
All students who want to continue their admission for current year, require to apply
for Online Continue Admission.
|
|
|
|
Although it will be Vidyalaya’s enderavor to retain students till graduation, the
student will need to apply in a prescribed form every year and the continuation
is solely at the discretion of the management. At the bare minimum, the following
will be looked into :

|
|
- of college examinations, wherein failed categories will not be given admission.

Results at the Religious examinations : Two failure will be liable for cancellations
of admission.
- General behavior and discipline : Any undesirable elements will
be reviewed and dealt with, which may result into termination of admission at Hostel
|
|
|
Process to apply online is as below :

Register yourself in SMJV through “Sign Up for Continuous Admission” option. You
give your 10 Character GR No. in Registration Name. Software will generate User
Code and Password. It will be sent to you by mail. User name will be your GR no
only.

Select “Online Continuous Admission”. Using User code and Password, login in for
Online Continuous Admission Form. Menu will appear in separate screen. You will
get complete Application form online. There are 4 pages. 1. Education Details: Verify
all details. Correct if any. 2. Personal Details. Fill up all details. Pl. fill
up Mobile number and e-mail id. Software will send various information by mail and
SMS. 3. Continuous Form Details: Pl. select year and submit the form. 4. Password:
You can change your password.

After completion of form, you will get a Report. Verify it for complete details.
Then Submit it. You will get message for “Successful Submission”.
